Service Description

This service is ideal for occupied properties that are already furnished. We know how delicate it is to get your client to understand the importance of depersonalizing and decluttering. We will "kindly" take that additional stress off of your hands so that their property can show in its best light. We will give them creative ways to "Redesign" their space and smart storage ideas so they can continue to feel at home until their property is sold. Just because strangers are coming in and out of their home, doesn't mean your clients shouldn't feel at home. REDESIGN CONSULTATIONS(Walk n Talks) INCLUDE: -Recommended proper placement of furniture/adjustments -Paint/Color Consult -Decluttering/Storage recommendations -Soft staging add-ons suggestions(ex: pillows/curtains/accessories, etc...) -FIVE SENSES EFFECT (A brief explanation of the importance of Smell, Sight, Sound, Touch, Taste that effect the perceived value of a Home) -Follow-up/Check-ins once client "homework" is completed (optional) -Up to 4 hrs ($99 for each additional hour)
